Isabelle Joschke segelte in den letzten 24 Stunden 1,5 knoten schneller als Boris:
ISA – 16,2 nds (VMG)
Boris – 14,7 nds (VMG)
Isa liegt somit nur noch ca. 20 sm hinter Boris.
Update: um 15:00 Uhr betrug der Abstand nur noch 7 sm
Ich bitte daher um Verständnis, dass ich von Boris masslos enttäuscht bin und lieber mit Isa mitfiebere.

Update:
At around 11pm last night Boris noticed that batten 2 in his mainsail was broken. Later, on investigation he also saw a small rip in the mainsail.
Early this morning, he set about repairing the damage. This takes some time to dry – patching the sail sika flex and then 3di patches. Boris also had to cut the new batten and replace this too. He’s just finished, it is fixed and he has rehoisted the main sail. He is very tired but now time to tidy up and catch up the lost miles
